Everything you need
to know.

A 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the event day.

Only one event is accepted per day. When your date is booked, it's exclusively yours. Submit your request early to secure your date.

An invoice and payment link are sent after your date request is reviewed and confirmed. You won't be charged before that.

Your online gallery is delivered after your event — typically within 24–48 hours. All photos, GIFs, and AI portraits in one easy-to-share link.

All deliverables are digital only. Photo Booths Inc. does not offer physical prints with any experience or package.

A travel fee of $0.80 per mile (round trip from ZIP code 60099) is added for events outside the immediate area and will be itemized in your quote.

No. Photo Booths Inc. offers digital-only photo booth experiences. All photos, GIFs, Boomerangs, and AI portraits are delivered digitally via QR code, SMS, email, and an online gallery. There are no physical prints included with any package.
Guests can receive their digital files instantly via QR code scan, SMS text message, or email — directly from the booth at your event. After the event, all photos are also delivered in an online gallery that hosts the full collection from the night.
Yes. A 50% retainer is required to officially hold your event date. Once your date request is reviewed and confirmed, you'll receive an invoice and payment link. The remaining balance is due before or on the event day.
Yes, we serve Lake County and surrounding cities. A travel fee of $0.80 per mile (round trip) from ZIP code 60099 applies to events outside the immediate area. This will be calculated and included in your personalized quote.
Yes. When the AI Transformation Experience is booked, guests who prefer not to participate in AI generation can opt out and use regular photo mode when available. Participation in the AI experience is always the guest's choice.
A prop box and prop table can be added to any Classic Experience package for an additional $100. Props are not recommended for the AI Transformation Experience, as they can interfere with the AI image generation process. Prop add-ons are optional — not required with any package.
This depends on your event type and expected guest count. For most events, 2–4 hours is a popular range. Corporate events and larger weddings sometimes book 4+ hours. We're happy to help you determine the right duration — just mention your event details in your date request.
Yes. Every package includes a custom branded overlay for your event. This can include your event name, wedding couple's names, company logo, date, and more. We'll coordinate overlay details after your booking is confirmed.
